Today let's meet Ms. Patricia Amell, our District RN. Patricia has been supporting the health and needs of our students at Maple for 3.5 years.
"I was a labor & delivery nurse for over 20 years, which I thoroughly enjoyed. But now as I have transitioned to school district nurse I find that I have a new passion, still working with families, but my babies have grown into school aged children, which I find to be a perfect transition from L&D. I love all outdoor activities, music, art, and spending time with my family and friends. "
